2.客户告知关税多少之后,比如你们能承担50%的关税,这样回复: dear xx, thanks for your reply and information. after talking with our boss, the max. amount we can help you to bear is 50% customs duty, it is about xxx usd, is it ok? if ok, how about deducting the part we need to bear in next order? as in china, it is really difficult to send out the us dollar to oversea. but if you prefer us to send the money to you firstly, i will try, i will let you know when i have the solution of sending out the money. waiting for your early email. best regards, joseph
3. 如果客户坚决不付任何关税或者客户要你们承担的部分你们接受不了,这样回复: dear xx, nice to receive your reply. sorry, the part you want us to bear is really a big amount, our boss can not agree, he said we do not earn money on your sample order. so now you really do not want to receive the parcel? pls kindly inform us your final decision within one day. if your final decision is still refusing to receive the parcel, i will arrange to ship it back or destroy it. looking forward to your early reply. best regards, joseph
